Cancelation Policy 

We know life gets busy! If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice (or two working days). This gives us a chance to offer the slot to someone else. If less notice is given, we may charge the full cost of the missed appointment, and we’ll kindly ask for full payment up front when booking next time.

Allergy Alert Tests for Colour Services

If you’re new to William Guy, or haven’t had your hair coloured with us in the last 6 months, you’ll need a quick allergy alert test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. It’s a simple patch test – just pop in or give us a call to arrange.
