Salon Manager

Kim has previously worked for Simone Thomas hair loss clinic and hairdressers for over 8 years as salon manager. She is excited to be working along side William to grow our brand and embark on a new chapter. Kim will continue to deliver a 5 star service to all clients and support the team to make each appointment a moment of luxury. 

Isobel
Receptionist

Isobel works part time and has been with the team for a year. Isobel enjoys making every client feel welcome and comfortable. With her friendly smile she will ensure you time with us is the best moment of your day.

Michelle
Director stylist

Originally from South Africa Michelle has been in the industry for 15+ years. She has been part of the Westbourne team for 4 years now and loves all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting and colouring. Michelle aims to make clients have a good hair day every day.

Becky
Director Stylist

Becky has 15 years of experience in cutting and colouring. Starting her training  in London and in vibrant locations like Covent Garden. Shoreditch and Cheltenham. Her passion lies in the blend of creativity and correction reveling in the confidence and new looks it brings to her clients. Becky excels in enhancing natural textures, crafting curly french short bobs and achieving stunning long beach balayages.  Dedicated to her craft and to ensure that every single one of her gorgeous clients leave feeling their best.

Colour Master

With over 20 years experience in hairdressing Lauren has honed her skills in a rapidly evolving industry adapting to the latest trends and techniques. Her journey begun as a young apprentice  learning the fundamentals of cutting, colouring and styling. Over the decades Lauren has mastered advanced techniques and colour. The constant learning and creativity involved in hairdressing keeps her passionate and motivated whether transforming someone’s look for a special occasion or maintaining their every day style. Her goal is always to enhance their confidence and beauty.

Senior stylist

Sophie has been hairdressing for 16 years, she is one of our senior stylists and specialises in tape extensions. Sophie has a passion for highlighting, short hair and loves a bouncy blow dry. She loves to catch up with her clients and make them feel their best. 

Deborah
Tricholgist

Deborah has been in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years.  Her career has taken her on many paths including freelance colour educator ,salon owner , college lecturer and now as a qualified Trichologist, Deborah qualified over 10 years ago with The Institute Of Trichologist’s and has previously worked in Harley street for The private clinic as well as consulting for many salons across the south coast.

Georgia
Apprentice

Georgia is our bubbly outgoing individual that loves socialising and meeting new people. Soon due to sit her exam for my Level 2 qualification. Georgia’s goal is to become a cutting specialist in the future.

Nikola
Apprentice

Nikola is a level 2 apprentice with 2 years’ experience working in hair salons. She aspires to be a colour specialist.
