William
Director

Working in partnership with his mother starting 1995 in Ashley Heath. William took over the business in 1997 the William Guy brand was born.

Moving to Ringwood in 2006. The salon offers the latest techniques & training to all its team and in turn William Guys clients.

Kat
Master Colour Expert & Senior Stylist

Kat joined the team in 2008 and quickly found her love for all things colour! She is a qualified Wella Master Colour Expert and La Biosthetique Colour Genius. Kat show cased her skillset at the UK and Ireland finals of Trend Vision and has since gone to win the prestigious title of Hampshire Colourist of the year at Salon Awards 2022. Kat has a passion for education which led her to a mentorship programme teaching vulnerable young adults essential hairdressing skills in Cambodia. She is now also a freelance educator for La Biosthetique in their academy in Lymington. You will find her in the salon Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.   

Sam
Senior Stylist

Sam has been hairdressing for 30+ years. Joining the team in 2015 as a senior stylist. Sam has bought her experience & expertise to the team. Sam works alongside her daughter Jess at the salon. Working part time 2 days a week. Sam specialises in barbering.

Jess
Senior Stylist

Jess is a valued member of the team with 10+ years experience within the salon. Her passion is to deliver an exceptional service and experience for her clients, offering colour services, cutting and styling. Jess has a passion for balayages and foiling. She will have you feeling and looking your best when leaving the salon with her 5 star service and care. 

Emily
Senior Stylist – La Biosthetique colour expert

Emily started at William Guy in 2015 aged 17. Emily is a senior stylist level within the salon. She has a passion for all things colour and extensions. Since joining she has become a hair extension specialist and as of September 2023 has completed her diploma with La Biosthetique as a Colour Genius. 

 
 

Esmae
Stylist

Esmae started at William Guy in September 2021. Esmae is stylist level offering cutting & colour services Tuesday through to Friday as she is a full time Mum. She is expecting a baby in early 2024, We will look forward to her return.  

Halle
New Talent  

Halle started her hairdressing career in 2020. She is very caring and bubbly, creating a lovely experience for you to relax and enjoy your time in the salon. Halle completed her level 2 and 3 diploma and has a passion for highlighting and loves creating fresh blondes! Halle loves to incorporate all her skills and various techniques to craft beautiful hairstyles that play to each individuals unique needs. 

Georgia
Head of social media/front of house 

Georgia is head of social media and front of house working along side Lianne on a part time basis since expanding her family. 

James
Apprentice

James has had a passion for hairdressing from a young age. He started with us in November 2021 as a salon assistant working Saturday's. He has since started his Level 2 hairdressing at college whilst working full time in the salon. 

Lianne
Front of house 

Lianne has a long history with William starting in 2007.  She has returned as PA to William, senior front of house and salon management.  Lianne will insure your time in salon is your moment of luxury.

Tina
Salon assistant

Tina works at a high standard to ensure your time in salon is super special!
