It’s a simple patch test behind the ear. Just pop in to the salon or give us a call to arrange a time if that's easier for you.
If I've had my hair coloured at William Guy before, do I still need a patch test?
«If you haven’t had your hair coloured with us in the last 3 months, you will still need a patch test. This needs to take place at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.

«We recommend using Davines colour-safe shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated for coloured hair. This is available in all our salons.
